The Simhapuri Express is a daily superfast train running between Secunderabad and Gudur, situated in Nellore district in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a short distance running within the state and covers a distance of 643km in 10hours 25minutes at a great average speed of 61km/hr with 15 halts on its route. The train was recently introduced in the Railway Budget of 2006.

Gudur, situated in the Nellore district, is the second largest town in the district’s range.
