Jim Corbett National Park is a tree laden wildlife sanctum in northern India’s Uttarakhand State. Park is the primeval nationalpark in India and was built in 1936 as Hailey National Park to protect the at the risk Bengal tiger. It is situated in Nainital district of Uttarakhand and was named after Jim Corbett who played a key role in its establishment.
