This link shows you all your tickets booked online. Find the one which you lost and get another print out of it. You can do it by clicking on the option “print ticket button”. In reality, these agents shouldn’t charge you for getting a duplicate of your ticket. Imagine, what if you lose your ticket after boarding the train..? However, you can reclaim your amount by submitting an application to the Railways Reservation Administrator. You will be granted the amount after the inquiry process.
