Balharshah Railway Station is situated in Chandrapur district of Indian state of Maharashtra. The railway station belongs to Central Railways and provides railway facilities to the people of Ballarpur. In 1929 after the completion of Kazipet Balharshah Railway, Delhi and Chennai were directly linked to this station. The first line opened at this station was Gondia Nagbhir Nagpur line in 1908. Subsequently, Nagbhir Rajobli line was added to the station. In 1992, Gondia Chandra Fort line previously operating on narrow gauge was converted to broad gauge. In 1999, the fourth phase of Nagbhir Chandra Fort was opened. Balharshah Railway Station today has 5 platforms on the ground.
